"Very enjoyable, quiet and relaxing stay. Sam and Lize are great hosts who made us feel right at home. This location is fairly remote with stores or restaurants 20 to 30 mins away so just bring what you need. We even had some luck fishing from the boathouse on a rainy day and caught several nice crappie."

"I would highly recommend this property. Everything was just as perfect as the pictures showed. Each room was well stocked and clean. I cannot say enough positive things about the host, Nan. She was attentive and made the check in process so easy. The fishing and kayaking were fabulous the.downstairs basement was a great entertaining area. Lots to do. We will definitely be back. "

"From the moment we drove up to the property we were in love. I had a loss in my family (my spouse), and needed this getaway. The boat house was a source of solace for me. "I was raised in Jefferson and still have family who live there. This visit I wanted my 15 year old granddaughter to have a great experience of Downtown Jefferson. The room was perfect for our stay.
