"Overall, I really enjoyed this property and will be back. I was a little disappointed in two things. First, it wasnt super clean. It was clean enough, not to throw a fit over, but the fans, air intakes, and ceiling had weeks of gathered dust. For me thats not an issue. However, I brought my epically over-clean mother and she notices every little thing. Second, the stairs to the river landing were torn up and it was unaccessible. "This place is an amazing home away from home. You walk in and instantly your cares fade away. There is plenty of space both inside and outside the house for a large group. Everything you need is inside the space-- you can tuck away for the days you visit or within 20 minutes be to Starbucks, the grocery, etc. We made a quick visit for a TX HS football game but will be back! "The house is very cute. Love the decor for a lake house. The property being on the beautiful lake was the best. We went the middle of June. The window units are good but just couldn’t keep up in the afternoons. I will go in Spring or the Fall next time."
