"A secluded property in UAQ and a less busier resort during Ramadan period. Great service provided by staff in all departments. Majority of the guest were Russian couples or families. I am sure the hotel would have had this feed back earlier - why aren’t there any plug points near the Desk both in the living area and the bedroom? If one is working it’s very inconvenient and would need an extension cord. Secondly how is the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser designed. Once can hardly get much...

"Hotel name is misleading there is no beach in the hotel it is sea view on a creek and no beach "

"Very nice beach resort with gently sloping beach great for kids. Pool was also nice with a decent shallow end. Room looked a bit tired though - could do with a revamp. "

"Staff in swiming ball is not nice specially the man from senegal asking for towel and I have 3 card for towel he reply and he looking to otherside no towel finish too much people and on that time 4 or 5 family only in the swimming pool I ask him even for 1 piece nothing after that I see aguest got 1 towel its so bad. Also I don't like bed is so so hard can't know how to sleep but I wpuld like to thank the reception people they are so lovely and welcomed"
