"The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"

I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! It is unacceptable and unprofessional of Expedia to do that!"
