"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Terrific little property only a few hundred metres from the Central Train station and an easy 15 to 20minute walk to the Old Town/Market Square. The excellent Sillpark Shopping Centre is also only 200m away, so the location is excellent. Just be aware the property has no elevator so you will need to use the stairs."

"Really lovely hotel in a hugely convenient location. Beautiful interiors and breakfast was great too. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - perfect customer service. We were blown away by how friendly and professional they were. A comfortable nights sleep and perfect hotel for exploring Innsbruck. "

"Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "

"We had a great stay at NALA in Innsbruck. The hotel nicely designed, comfortable and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. "Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks.
