"The Kelapa Retreat and Spa is a glorious oasis far from the bustling areas of Bali. It is truly gorgeous and it seems that all the rooms are amazing and unique. The views are amazing, the infinity pools very relaxing, the beach is gorgeous and it feels like it is private. The waves and current can be string but its super fun for boogey boarding. The food is outstanding and the bar makes an incredible array of drinks for all tastes. They have daily free activities and a beautiful spa. The resort also offers transportation and a selection of tours. I'd recommend waiting until you get to the resort to choose your day trips. We had a truly phenomenal time enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the place while also appreciating the culture and hospitality of Bali."

"Excellent accommodation just off the main road of Pemuteran. Very short walk to beach and lots of options for eating, shopping near by. Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."

"Pros: -excellent and polite staff that made me feel at home -clean pool -fast check in -large, clean room in front of the pool -easy Airplay from MacBook to Sony tv -very delicious food at the restaurant -clean white towels -well manicured grounds -beachfront -lots of water provided daily - didn't have to ask for extra water -drinks in the fridge free - replenished daily Cons: -glass doors rattle when winds are strong -should have someone at the pool to stop outsiders from using the pool "

"We stayed for 4 days. Room was great. Clean. Big, comfy bed. Air con can get a bit warm on hot days. Staff are friendly. It has pool and restaurant / bar right in the beach so breakfast with a view every day. The area is quiet. Gym is adequate. Weights 1-10 kg, a couple of treadmills and other cardio equipments, mat. The massage at the spa was excellent. Food and spa prices are very reasonable. You have a wifi private to your room. You can cast netflix, youtube to the tv. If you want to have a relaxing holiday, not having to go anywhere, chilling at the hotel, by the pool / beach, this is the resort you should go to. Couple of suggestions for the hotel: - towels in the gym as well as a water fountain and cleaning supplies will be good. So that we can clean the sweat off the equipments after we use it and we can hydrate as the gym can get quite warm in the afternoon - water fountains around the villa will be great instead of plastic water bottles. "

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, away from everything, this is it! Rolf and Dini responded to our inquiries very quickly. Rolf was kind enough to allow for extra family members. Dini arranged all our transfers and excursions. (Best snorkeling we’ve seen in a long time). Ilu and assistants cooked wonderful meals every time. The only thing that worked against us was the weather in rainy season. The days of excursions it rained, The days we wanted to relax it was sunny so we enjoyed the property and pool!
