Amazing home in Umbertide with kitchen

Magnificent vacation home with private pool in Umbertide (Perugia 25 km). The accommodation is completely surrounded by greenery and extends over several levels. It is elegantly and comfortably furnished. In addition to the beautiful outdoor pool with hydromassage corner, the house also has a heated indoor pool, ideal for pleasant moments of total relaxation. A beautifully maintained garden surrounds the property, ideal for sports activities and with a large veranda where you can comfortably dine al fresco, at your disposal are a stone barbecue and, for pizza lovers, a practical wood oven. This is the ideal solution for a completely relaxing vacation or as a starting point for visiting the surrounding attractions such as Lake Trasimeno (15 km) with its beauty and several sports activities. Not to be missed is the wonderful city of Assisi (only 55 km) or, a little further, Terni (110 km).

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
