Escape to a cosy cottage for 2 and enjoy a romantic holiday on a working farm at this classic renovated barn in Devon. Relax in the sauna and take a stroll through the forests in the valley that surrounds The Den. Sleeping 2 people in with a master bedroom on the ground floor and a spacious open plan living area on the first floor, The Den is the perfect cottages for couples.

Master bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers.
Family bathroom: Bathtub with shower attachment, wash basin, w/c.

First Floor:
Kitchen: toaster, kettle, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Living room: 2 seater sofa, 1 seater chair, TV, DVD player.
Shared spaces
Wash facilities, games room, the bar, the farm, the forest, the dog walking fields, the sauna.

Please note there is a communal wash facility with an industrial washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board - additional costs may apply, please speak with the owners on site regarding cost and availability. The games room is shared and accessible as per the times in the welcome pack, pool table, dart board, xbox. Also table football, table tennis & Air Hockey on request. The bar is open on select days throughout summer, please check with the owners upon arrival. There is 17 acres of woodland with paths.

Our Devon Holiday
What an amazing time we had on our recent holiday In devon. This self catering accommodation was absolutely fabulous and we will definitely be returning. The location was brilliant. The views were incredible, the owners and the lady who works for them they were all absolutely brilliant with our whole family They looked after us so well and couldn’t do enough for us , the man even brought a little cow to see us and the children, it was just so lovely. Our place was spotless and they had thought of everything. Thank you for a fabulous holiday. We just wished the sun ☀️ would’ve shone a little bit more, but hey ho you can’t have everything.xxx
