The property is situated down a private late with ample parking and quiet surroundings. Due to the location, transport is required to visit local attractions and supermarkets. Within a short drive from the property, guests can indulge in a wide range of activities such as 180 miles of walking or cycling the Tarka trail, "blue flag" sandy beaches which are dog friendly all year round, day walks along the South West Coast Path or across Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The big sheep amusement park as well as plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and places of interest.
