"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. "Noisy Japanese male groups didn't close the door and keep talking loud even in midnight. Closing doors without holding the handles was really loud and disturbing at 12am. I understand it was a nice time to hang out with friends but should shut the doors to let other customers rest properly. Do not choose the option with room chosen by the hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Kochi Castle & Hirome Market. Great buffet breakfast featuring specialty foods of Kochi. All the staff here provided exceptional service. Domo Arigato to Yuko who went above and beyond every day in assisting with our Kochi City touring plans. We had a wonderful visit in Kochi! "

"Very reasonable price for my weekend stay. The room is equipped with the minimum necessary for a comfortable sleep. Recommended for anyone who wants to find pleasures outside of a hotel (Kochi has a lot of places for late night drinking!)."

"Hotel is new and immaculate. The interior architecture and design gives off very cozy vibes and is a wonderful marriage of modern and Japanese design. The room was spacious but the bathroom and shower were surprisingly tight. There is a great public bathing floor but it would have been nice to have some more counter space by the sink for getting ready in the morning. "

"Very small hotel but for the cheap price, I think it is worth it. Very little carpark lots available, better go earlier if you drive. The only downside is that the corridor smells rusty and dirty."

"This was our favorite part of a 2 week Japan trip. While the onsen’s were great, and amenities were fantastic, my favorite was the location and wilderness. Very remote, with lots and long “2 way road but 1car space” roads before you make it to the hotel which has parking for about 10 guest cars. 10/10!"

"Ten-ippou hut was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Though we only stayed a night, it is well-eppuippdd for long stays, given you pick up groceries prior to arriving. Acessibility to the general area is a bit of a challenge. The kitchen has all necessities plus more. The bath is good-sized with all toiletry basics, laundry space with separate toilet/bidet. There is a spare toilet/bidet on the living room side. Has sprawling living area and spare front room. Both have magnificent mountain/valley,...

"This is a very unique house in a beautiful location. Fantastic views out over the Iya valley. The house has beautiful wooden floorboards and a thatch and bamboo roof and has modern heating kitchen and bathroom facilities."

A perfect stay with a private bay

"This was the most perfect stop on our trip from Kochi City to Tokushima City. A clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the private bay, where my son and I kicked the soccer ball around and waded in the water. The freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, particularly the homemade An Pan. We wished we could have stayed another night to explore the local area more. We hope to visit again one day, it was lovely to be in nature after travelling the cities. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
