Welcome to your oasis of peace in the heart of Istria! Our beautiful holiday home is located in charming Zambratija, just a few minutes' drive from picturesque Umag. This spacious house is ideal for families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people and offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
The house is spread over two floors, each with its own living room, kitchen and dining room, providing ample space for relaxing and socialising. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and two elegant bedrooms with double beds. On the first floor there is another cosy living room, a kitchen with dining room, a bathroom and two further bedrooms with double beds. Both floors have a terrace/balcony with seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Relax in our beautiful garden, where a refreshing pool with sun loungers awaits you, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. For the culinary lovers, there is also a summer kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals outdoors. A private car park and a beautifully landscaped garden ensure privacy and comfort during your stay.
