"The property is very dated and somewhat dirty. The main air conditioning unit cannot cool the unit, and there is a warning not to set the temperature low or it will flood. There are numerous power strips plugged into other outlet splitters everywhere. The showerhead is less than 6' from the floor. "

"We stayed in 613 and were pleasantly surprised with the location of this condo. It was perfect for us as it had a beautiful beach for both swimming and snorkeling nearby. We watched the sunsets every night. It was also centrally located for any activities we wanted to do and many grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks within a short distance. "The only complaint we have is the noise. Our condo was close to the main road. Other occupants at the condo not abiding by the quiet time rules. Not a deal breaker by any means just a little annoying at times."

"Great stay, barring having air conditioning only in the living room. The bedroom had a fan and open windows, however needed air conditioning. A split air would make this a perfect five star. Central location of Kihei location he just was well enjoyed. Would book it again."
