"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "For the price, it was fine but room was hot for hours and it is small. The bed was FIRM to the point of not being comfortable but again, for the price, bed plus shower plus bad Wi-Fi is enough"

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is quiet and very clean with easy transport around. The problem is that there is no functional elevator to access storeys"

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Located next to the subway which proved invaluable. The breakfast had everything you needed and was fresh. Only downside of the hotel was the poorly stocked bar in terms of spirits."
