The Beach House Mitchell Parade Mollymook

The Beach House Mollymook is a refurbished holiday house overlooking sensational Mollymook Beach. There's not many of these beach houses left in the area and The Beach House is sure to please. Keeping the beach theme throughout, the house has been styled with you in mind. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of the lounge... there's no need to use the TV!

Short walking distance to beach, Mollymook Shops, the new 'Tallwood' restaurant, Rick Stein at Bannisters restuarant and the beginning of the walking track which takes you to South Mollymook beach and the beautiful Golf course. It's a weekend away without having to use the car!


The Beach House Mollymook has a complimentary late check-out of 11am.

Perfect Spot
We loved our stay here. The house is simple and has everything you need to be comfortable. The view is fantastic and is easy to walk down to the local shops or Bannisters for coffee. We'd stay here again.

Fantastic beach house
Great house with fantastic views of the beach. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and the owners have thought of all the little things that make a family holiday easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It is in a great location and has beautiful views of the sea. The only thing we didn't like about the property was having to bring our own towels and linen.

We had a great stay this weekend! Scott was really helpful when we had trouble accessing the property. Mollymook it a great location, we had a peaceful stay with a great view. Also lovely coffee just down the street at the coffee van! Couldn’t ask for a better weekend away.

Superb location with 180-degree beach/ocean views. Nicely furnished, with everything you need for a short stay. Scott was great to deal with, getting back quickly in response to any queries.

A number of things need updating..no blinds on windows made it open to all the neighbours..light on range hood needs replacing. Outdoor furniture at bit tough to st on.. But overall a great place to stay..

Not a winter venue and a tired property
Admittedly it was unseasonably cold when we stayed but open plan, no blinds in living areas and only blow heaters made it quite uncomfortable. Bathroom freezing could have been helped by heat light. Great views but that didn’t compensate for this place that’s in great need of TLC. Not value for $$ disappointing for uk visitors. Never usually write negative reviews.

What a wonderful view! We were lucky enough to see migrating whales as well as the usual dolphins. Everything one could need was provided, bed was comfy,everything clean,neat and tidy.The only drawbacks were the Wi-Fi which was practically non-existent and I gave up trying to connect (not good when so many work from home these days even when not at home!) Verandah railing needs some attention too as some screws worn through. Overall a very happy stay.

What a view and great location!
The location could not be better. For the price of this rental it is very reasonable for the view and location. The accommodation was clean with all the items needed in the kitchen. We had a great time relaxing, playing cards, having fun on the beach and going to all the fabulous eateries around.
