Step inside to a bright rumpus room. The perfect space for kids or relaxed movie nights complete with lounges, TV, DVD player, games, and even a desk if you need to catch up on work. The downstairs bedroom sleeps four, with two single beds and a single bunk. The laundry and bathroom downstairs have just undergone a brand-new renovation, featuring fresh, modern finishes, a washing machine, shower, and toilet for added comfort and convenience.
Upstairs
Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and breezy, with polished floorboards and comfortable furnishings. There’s air conditioning, a TV and DVD player in the lounge, and a large dining table with bench seating for shared meals.
The kitchen has everything you need, with a charming coastal feel and plenty of extras: coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, cling wrap, sauces, a blender, sandwich maker, and slow cooker. Appliances include a dishwasher and microwave.
Outdoor Spaces
The front deck offers glimpses of the ocean ,the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and unwind with a drink after a day at the beach. The back deck overlooks the peaceful backyard, and on a clear day, you can even spot Pigeon House Mountain. Feel free to pick fresh lemons from the tree for a homemade lemonade or a slice of citrus in your evening drink.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two singles all light-filled and comfortable. The family bathroom includes a bath and shower, with a separate toilet for convenience.
Just a short stroll to the north end of glorious Mollymook Beach with its long stretch of golden sand, and less than 20 minutes' walk to Narrawallee Beach. Both beaches offer endless opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, or for the more adventurous, scuba diving and water skiing. There’s something for everyone.
Had enough of the water? Enjoy scenic walks along the top of the peninsula, try mountain biking, or play a round of golf at the outstanding local course.
As far as eateries go, you couldn’t be in a better location. Both the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters and Bannisters Pavilion are within a short stroll, as is the popular fusion restaurant Gwylo.
Also conveniently close are the Mollymook shopping centre and the Beach Bowling and Recreation Centre with its family-friendly bistro. Alternatively, take a picturesque 20-minute beach walk to the south end of Mollymook where you’ll find the surf club (the beach here is patrolled from October to April) and a café.
For a change of pace, the historic town of Milton full of cafés, boutiques, antique shops and art galleries is just 7 minutes west. Or head 10 minutes south to Ulladulla CBD for additional amenities, including larger supermarkets.
Speaking of ticking boxes, location is a big tick! Situated right in the heart of Mollymook, this home is in a superb spot.
