This home exudes a calm, relaxed vibe. Tastefully decorated with a coastal palette, it's a terrific 2 bedroom townhouse that will serve well as a base for exploring this delightful area. It's only a few minutes walk to Ulladulla's shopping centre and Rennies surf beach.
Entry is into the open plan living area. The lounge room is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating for 5. It has a TV and DVD for your entertainment. Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Choose whether to dine inside at the dining suite for 6 or fire up the Weber BBQ and eat alfresco at the outdoor dining table (also seating 6).
The garden provides an ideal outdoor play area for children, easily watched from the deck. Enjoy a wine after your day at the beach while they tire themselves out!
Downstairs also includes a full laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs the bedroom configuration consists of the master with a Queen bed and there are 2 singles in the second. Both are tastefully decorated with a fresh beachy vibe and there are ocean views from the master. There are overhead fans and built-in wardrobes in both and all linen is provided.

This neat and cosy home is located a few minutes' drive to the main town centre with supermarkets, retail shopping, cinema, cafes and restaurants, Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club and the beautiful Ulladulla Harbour.
Close by the property is the Warden Head Lighthouse, many bush tracks to explore and a playing field to kick a ball with the kids. Rennies Surf Beach is less than a kilometre away.
Right on the doorstep is the Gondwana Coast fossil walk which offers a fascinating glimpse back in time. Learn 270m years of natural history through their guided fossil walk. There are other stunning coastal walks nearby should you want a less structured stroll.
Only a short walk away is Ulladulla fishing harbour, offering tourist walks, a fish and chip shop and cafes. The main road, just a few minutes walk west, provides further eateries and shopping.
Head north to the gorgeous Mollymook, just a few minutes' drive, with its stunning beach, blowhole, golf club and iconic restaurants, Bannisters Pavilion, Rick Stein at Bannisters and Gwylo.
Still further north, but under 10 minutes' drive away is the historic Milton township with a range of cafes, boutiques, galleries and antique shops, well worth a visit.
