The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchenette, quality inclusions, all furnishings are new and ready for you to enjoy including a comfortable new queen sized bed. Towels and linen provided & included in price, BBQ facilities in a lovely spacious bush setting adjacent to the famous Hilltop Golf course.
Mollymook Beach is located in the Southern Shoalhaven Region on the NSW South Coast. Driving time approximately 3 hours from Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra.
Mollymook North is surf patrolled during summer school holidays and Narrawallee Beach is approx. 2 km away.
Mollymook is full of natural beauty, uncrowned beaches and it's inspiring setting make for a relaxing and fulfilling seaside escape.

The owners have thought of every detail for a comfortable holiday by the beach. Easy to cook, easy to keep clean, easy parking, easy wifi, quick trip to local restaurants and to the Ulladulla Country University Centre.

Nice clean property, with everything you could think of being provided - and some things you hadn’t, such as condiments and cling wrap. Susan was very accommodating with our changes of visit, due to COVID and then rain and floods.

Perfect in Every Way
This is the perfect coastal apartment for a couple. Brilliant location 2 minutes walk to the beach. Walk to shops & restaurants, golf course, coastal walk. We were so impressed and appreciative of the apartment’s inclusions. Comfy bed, air conditioning, fans, beach towels. You can just pack your clothes and everything is there. The owners are obviously very thoughtful and wanting their guests to have and easy, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Absolutely perfect, we will return.

Great for a short or long stay!
Everything you need for a short weekend getaway or longer stay. Apartment was very clean, thoughtfully appointed, and had all the essentials. A great location straight across the road from the beach. Only a short walk to the Surf Club and Golf Club, which have breakfast, lunch and dinner options. A short drive to either Ulladulla or Milton for more cafe and restaurant options. Will return!

Lovely stay on the Beach
Susan was very informative in the lead up to our stay, check in process was easy and simple. Location of the unit is fantastic, directly in front of the Ocean! Quite small but suited a couple for a weekend perfectly. Definitely recommend staying here and would stay again
