Where We Escape - Holiday Management welcomes you to Bannister's Beach House Mollymook.

This architecturally designed, resort style property will have you relaxing and unwinding the minute you step inside. Ideally positioned high on Bannisters Point, you have million dollar views of Mollymook Beach – take them in all day long. Or, only a few minutes by foot and you'll find yourself on the sand or in the crystal clear salty waters at North Mollymook.

Daydream or laze around with a book by the pool during the warmer months or cuddle up by the wood fire in the cooler months. There is also ducted air-conditioning to make your stay comfortable all year round.

This laidback holiday home offers privacy and solitude, allowing you to escape for a few days while also being located close to local restaurants, cafés and shops – just a short stroll around the corner awaits the world-famous Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant at Bannisters.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family, or multiple couples or families. Due to the layout and bedding configuration of this property it is more suited to family groups with a maximum of 8 adults.

The gourmet kitchen fitted with European appliances will bring out in the inner chef in you, or simply enjoy a BBQ on the back terrace. Enjoy your favourite sports, TV shows or movies in the sunken lounge, with an Apple TV, Netflix and Wifi available for your use. There is also a double garage plus driveway parking for 2 additional cars or a boat.

The property is non-smoking inside. If you want to smoke outside you're most welcome to, but please dispose of your butts in an outdoor rubbish bin or the ashtrays provided.

The solar heated pool is set to 22 degrees between September and April, but please note it does take time to heat the massive amount of water after winter as the temperature varies depending on how sunny it has been.

Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school-leavers group, bookings of this type will be cancelled.

- Bannister Beach House is located in a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum after hours.

Splendid view but take a mattress topper
This house has a stunning outlook and is very well equipped. The beds other than the master room were spacious but all guest said the same thing - they are not comfortable and they would benefit from toppers and better pillows. We also needed to clean drinking glasses before use

Great family Xmas holiday
A fantastic house with a gorgeous view and room for all the family. The house is a five minute walk from north Mollymook and 15mins from Narrawallee beach so we could enjoy both equally. Having the pool to swim in when not at the beach was fab and being able to have our dog Charlie with us made it extra special. A great Xmas holiday enjoyed by all.
