"The property is very budget friendly. While it is dated and pretty basic, it is very clean and the rooms are well maintained and I have rated it highly on this basis. I didn't understand that an internal room actually meant one without a window, and luckily there was another available that the owner was able to move us to, which had a view. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again."

"This property is firstly absolutely stunning. The house was amazing with a great layout. The perfect view from every window. The entertaining area is pure luxury. The kitchen made me want to cook. And all this pales in consideration to the absolutely beautiful surroundings. We saw so many emus and kangaroos. Situated on the outskirts of Coffin bay, you can also get an amazing seafood feed at Oyster HQ in the centre of town. This property we visited because we wanted to explore Port Lincoln but...

"Over a quiet drink, we loved the view out across the bay. We couldve been anywhere in the world. "

"You definitely get what you pay for. It is basic budget accommodation at a budget price but as we were only spending the night and out during the day it was adequate. Staff are always busy but friendly and accommodating. The shower pressure is a problem as it is very low but do still work. Sheets were clean and towels are changed daily. There is a communal kitchen for tea, coffee and breakfast cereal for guests to use."

"From an easy booking process, through a simple self check in process to a very easy departure, this property ticked all the boxes. On the main road as you come into town you can choose from a range of accommodation choices, we picked the deluxe waterview villa. Amazing. "I didn’t like the linen, sheets, pillows and towels. I wouldn’t have them in my house. They were old and the pillows were terrible. The towels were thin and small. A extra power point in the kitchen would be handy for the toaster and kettle. We found the bathroom extremely small and your electric appliances need checking they are a year past their expired dates. Check the tags! "
