It’s situated outside of the village, so no nightlife or restaurants near. If you go out, there has to be a driver. Great for many but not for everyone. "

"Ich bin alleine in der Nachsaison hier gewesen und es war sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hatte eine Terrasse und einen Balkon (zweistöckig aufgeteilt). Im Bad hat es immer aus dem Abguss gestunken. Leider konnte ich aufgrund der streunenden Katze nicht alle Türen zum Lüften offen lassen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war schön. In der Küche fehlen wichtige Sachen wie ein Toaster oder Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafplätze, das Sofa würde ich...

"Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. The beach at tancau is also within walking distance. We absolutely loved sardinia. And will be going back as soon as we can. I would happily stay at...

"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...

"A perfect stay in a clean, modern, air-conditioned apartment with a lovely, clean pool. We were warmly welcome by a helpful owner with his friendly English translator. Beautiful, rural location, but you will need a car to reach the Foxi Manna beach and local facilities, both of which are only a few minutes away. Highly recommended for a relaxing family/couple getaway in a peaceful, gated location (super safe for kids) with an easy access to a beautiful sandy beach."

Location of the appartement is quiet and has a nice view. Giovanni is a super guy gives you tips is super friendly and if you need anything he’s for you there 24/7 . Thank you so much for everything.
