"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. "Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "

If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. "The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. "

"The apartment is very comfortable, having all amenities someone may need. Very nice interior design, comfortable bed and sofa, nice dining area. The only minus that I would like to share is the communication with the host. When we arrived we were not sure we will be able to check-in (the office was closed and nobody was picking up the call on the phone number provided - Polish robot machine). Same situation for the check-out. Despite the communication, the apartment deserves 5 stars! "

"Really liked this hotel. Good rooms Delicious breakfast Very good spa center with swim pool, dry sauna and two turkish saunas. Skibus is not far from the entrance, down the road. By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic). Recommended "
