Welcome! We look forward to welcoming you in our modern, elaborately and lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment is located in a middle of 2019 in residential climate friendly Holzständerbauweise completed apartment building with 5 parties and a floor space of approximately 99 sqm in a quiet residential environment in Oberuhldingen, an ideal starting point for all activities on Lake Constance (3min walk to the train connection Überlingen, Friedrichshafen, Lindau) ,

Modern, smart, großzügig, gemütlich
Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern, sie ist sehr großzügig und war für uns fünf optimal. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, man muss nicht jede Kleinigkeit von Zuhause mitnehmen. Das war angenehm. Am besten war der Balkon. Hervorragend zum chillen geeignet. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Logement très agréable
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Christian. Le logement se trouve dans une résidence très calme. Il est spacieux, très lumineux, moderne et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle terrasse pour l'ensemble de nos repas. Il y a des commerces à proximité pour faire les courses, et la situation de l'appartement nous a permis de visiter la région du lac de Constance.

schöne, helle, moderne Wohnung; zwei Bäcker und Supermärkte in fußläufig zu erreichen. In 20 Minuten waren wir auch zu Fuß am See. Zu empfehlen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt mit stilsicherer und hochwertiger Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Sogar das Aufklappsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr hochwertig und bietet guten Schlafkomfort, was in anderen Wohnung eine Seltenheit ist. Der Balkon lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um alle Ecken des Bodensees zu erreichen. Die Fähre in Meersburg ist nur ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt (fährt alle 15min), um nach Konstanz zu fahren und die Südseite zu erreichen. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad bietet ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. Auch das Haus ist angenehm ruhig und die Nachbarn sind nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlcharakter
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, hat einen guten Schnitt und ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Edeka, Lidl nicht weit entfernt sind. Insgsamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Super schöne und stilvolle Wohnung, top Lage und Ausstattung
Hätte eigentlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient: Grandiose Ausstattung, vom Weber Grill auf dem schönen Balkon, über die Küchenutensilien, TV in jedem Zimmer bis zur Yoga Matte. Sehr schön gelegen, ca. 20 Fussminuten zum Hafen von Unteruhldingen. Easy Check-In/Out, sehr nette und super hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kommen gerne wieder .

Supermoderne neue Wohnung, sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Wohnzimmer kann durch eine ausziehbare Faltwand vom Esszimmer getrennt werden und ist so auch als zweites Schlafzimmer nutzbar.

Excellent séjour
Tres bon séjour! L’appartement est magnifique, tout neuf et très confortable. On se sent tres vite chez soit. Parfaitement équipé jusqu’au moindre detail. La pièce principale est très grande et lumineuse. La chambre parentale est grande et une petite chambre attenante peut accueillir un enfant et un lit bébé. Ce dernier nous a été fourni par Christian ainsi que tout le nécessaire bébé (merci beaucoup pour cette attention ;-) ). L’emplacement est excellent et permet de rayonner sur tout le Lac de Constance. Les commerces sont accessibles à pieds (Lidl, Edeka). Meersburg est à quelques minutes en voiture et il y a un shuttle permettant d’aller à Constance rapidement. Nous reviendrons certainement et avec plaisir.

Super Erholung / schöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Man hat von hier aus sehr gute Möglichkeiten nach Konstanz, Meersburg oder Überlingen zu gelangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe.
