"We had a fantastic stay at Furaveri Hotel for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. The transfer from the airport to the resort was smooth, and the lounge at the seaplane terminal made the wait comfortable. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and they delayed the cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. While we didn’t get an upgrade as Expedia Gold members, the hotel allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated. Travelers should be cautious about adjusting to new food, as my wife got sick during the first days. However, the staff kindly rescheduled a missed meal for our last day. The resort is large, and buggies are available, though they may run less frequently in the evening. One suggestion would be to clarify the food and drink packages (too many packages with different inclusions) as they were a bit confusing. A special thanks to Dhaadh, who made our stay unforgettable."

"We had such a memorable honeymoon at this stunning resort, full of extremely kind staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. My wife lost her wedding ring one evening and the entire resort staff - from our main host, Kunal, to the room maintenance team and the security manager - went out of their way to help us find the ring, and to our utmost surprise and happiness, the staff actually succeeded in finding the ring the next day. We cannot recommend with any more enthusiasm this fabulous resort, for its extremely nice room, restaurants, activities, and most of all the kindest staff I’ve ever met. We extend our sincere appreciation to our main host Kunal, the security manager Anwar, our room maintenance host Imaad, and the restaurant staffs including Nuwan and Vicky. When we visit Maldives again in the future, we would definitely stay at Emerald Faarufushi again and we have already recommend this resort to all of our friends who are considering vacation to Maldives. 100/100 stunning experience, period."

We travel the world and have been to over 100 resorts and hotels. They are BY FAR the best. Our Butler/organizer/manager Chafiu Is THE STANDARD IN HOSPITALITY. A grade of 10 across the board does this resort ZERO credibility. We booked a return trip already. If your looking for your finest stay in a luxury setting... BOOK THE EMERALD. I miss them already. "With so many resorts to choose from, we chose You & Me because of the good reviews. We had some hiccups initially with being misbooked in the wrong room type but they did their best to make up for it so that was certainly appreciated. Despite the monsoon, we were able to enjoy what the resort had to offer from their Scuba Center to the Spa -- both which were outstanding. The Scuba Center is a SSI Certified (instead of Padi) and very professional, organized, clean and safe. The Dive Master, Mahabbat and his team were fantastic. Probably one of the best dive shops I have experienced on vacation. My only criticism, as others have mentioned, is the upselling and inconsistency in the all-inclusive. You could get all-inclusive drinks at the bar, but if you ordered a drink at the Sands or La Pasta, you would have to pay full-price. They did alert you of the additional cost, but when I go on vacation I don't want to have to think about this kind of stuff when I sit down for a meal. Rooms were nice and the bathrooms were impressively designed. You could log into your own netflix account on the TV for movie watching. The staff were all very accommodating. "

"We had a lovely stay at Heritance Aarah on our honeymoon. It's a beautiful island and our beach villa with a pool was huge and very comfortable. The coral reefs on the island are good but a bit of swim from the beach. The pool area and bar is a great place to hang out. The hotel embraces all inclusive with 5 different restaurants to choose from and 1 additional restaurant for the ocean villas where they arranged a surprise evening for our honeymoon which was wonderful. My favourite was Ambula, the crab curry was superb. All were good and we did really enjoy the buffet for dinner as well as lunch/breakfast, a huge selection of food and curries and whole baked fish were great. Only thing is the service could be better Ginifathi. The drinks menu is extensive, soo many options. I got through most of the red wines, nearly all were absolutely delicious. The cocktails and soft drinks were good. The sky bar is beautiful place for drinks. The service throughout was great, especially our house cleaner, Muhammad, and our host, Arka. Our room was always clean with the minibar refreshed regularly. Arka sorted everything we needed throughout the stay and made our trip more special. If you want an island with lots to do and lots of options, this is the place for you."
