The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. "The rooms are really nice. The breakfasts are filling and absolutely delicious. The lunch and dinners are quite nice. There are 2 beaches nearby and lots of shops and restaurants. On Saturday mornings there is a market that you can go to. In the majority of the blocks is a small pool and they're very nice. There's also an adults only pool, and the main pool. The main pool has slides and a little splash park. Me and my family have really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend"

"From the moment we arrived we found exeptional service from the reception staff. As there was little queue we were invited to another desk to check in. Room was very clean and decorated with taste. All staff, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, cooks, gardeners, bartenders were very friendly and helpfull. Dining was very good, variety of food so everybody could find something they liked. We used dolce vita restaurant for my partners bday and there was no disappointment either, everything tasted as in Italy. We even received bday card from experience manager from the hotel. Check out process very quick and without any issues. I can highly recommend this hotel. "
