"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung gefreut! Leider wurden wir bitterlich enttäuscht. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. Im Online Inserat wurde hinsichtlich der Ausstattung angegeben, dass es einen Grill gibt. Dieser war leider nicht direkt vor Ort und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Inhaber haben wir die Info...

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut im Haus als Großfamilie verteilen. Der Bereich Küche sollte im Rahmen der Endreinigung auch komplett gecheckt werden und zwischendurch auch der Bedarf an Küchenutensilien ergänzt werden. Aber: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub!"

"Wir hatten über ein verlängertes Wochenende, von Freitag bis Montag, gebucht.Es waren Temperaturen im niedrigen, einstelligen Bereich.Leider ging von Anfang an die Heizung in der Küche nicht. Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es gar keine Heizung. Am Sonntagmorgen, ca. 9 Uhr, gab man uns Bescheid, dass wir für 1 Stunde kein heißes Wasser hätten. Es wurde etwas länger. "Ganz einfach gesagt - absolut wunderbar! For all English speakers - absolutely wonderful place to stay for a holiday. If you have not considered Northern Germany, please do. It is a less-traveled place...that begs to be discovered. And if you decide to give it a try, I must recommend this vacation home in the middle of both a vacation neighborhood and in the middle of the Altes Land (amazing history and experience)."

"Die Unterkunft, war Sauber, ordentlich, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Leider waren wir im Herbst da und konnten den schönen garten nicht nutzen. Wir werden es sicher im Sommer nochmals buchen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat auf rückfragen sehr schnell reagiert. "

"Wir durften ein sehr angenehmes Silvester in dem Haus verbringen. Es ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist auch sehr schön und man kann von dort sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Wir und auch unser Hind wurden herzlich Willkommen "

"Wenn die Unterkunft bei Anreise sauber wäre, der Schmutz unter dem Sofa und in allen Räumen Staub auf den Möbeln,und Dreck auf den Böden und Ecken entfernt worden wäre .Der Wintergarten nutzbar und sauber wäre. Könnte man die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wenn eine Grundreinigung bezahlt werden muss, sollte sie auch erledigt werden bevor Gäste kommen.Auch eine geforderte Enegiepauschale von 124€ ist total überzogen, es wurde gerade mal für 30€ Wasser und Strom verbraucht. Das ganze sollte doch...
