During winter, you can head to Chiemgau ski area and cherish skiing or snowboarding. You will the town center and restaurants at 500 m from the stay. There is a lake at 800 m if you wish to spend a day admiring the water. For buying groceries and grabbing a drink at the pub, you have to go 1 km. You can also visit the historic Kufstein Fortress.

The centrally heated holiday home has a cozy sitting area to gather everyone for a pleasant hangout. You can enjoy barbecuing on the furnished terrace, which also offers great views of the surroundings. Children have ample space to enjoy the play equipment in the private garden. You can request and rent bicycles too. Parking is available.
