"The accommodations were amazing. Super spacious and clean. Very secure. Overlooking the train stop but soundproofing was toonotch. The area was not very convenient without a car. Plenty of grocery stores a 10 minute walk away. Communication was easy through WhatsApp and promptly replied. Highly recommend this place. "

Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Gebäude und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. "Preis/Leistung passt. Alles in allen eine saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Teppichböden muss man mögen, haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit festen Bewohnern und Ferienwohnungen gemischt. Die Nachbarn/Bewohner im Haus (die wir getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der Zigarettengeruch im Flur, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und in der Wohnung selbst ist davon auch nichts zu riechen. Wer also...

This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "Unser Aufenthalt in dem Landhaus Maria war traumhaft. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber mit einem freundlichen Wilkommen begrüßt. Das Landhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war mit Blumen in jedem Zimmer dekoriert. "This location was perfect for a stay near Chiemsee. We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly."

"This was a beautiful home in a lovely and relaxing part of Bavaria, close to the lake, the mountains, pretty parks and restaurants. It is clean and very well appointed/decorated and the family is lovely and responded very quickly when a lightbulb went out.
