Spacious & Clean but the Rental Company!
We loved the apartment so much! Exceeded our expectations. We had a family of 6 and everyone had their own space plus the living area, kitchen and balcony allowed us to have plenty of room for meals. It is a convenient walk to the promenade or bus stop and a grocery near by. We loved the view from the living space and balcony. It was just lovely and we would book again EXCEPT…..,.
The only negative was the rental company (FewoService). We made an extra trip there to get directions on leaving the key early on our day of departure. We did specifically as instructed only to be told they could not find the key! Two days later they found it but they could not give us our key deposit of about $50 through the credit card. Luckily we have a friend who lives in the area who is going by to pick it up for us and we can get it from her on our next trip to Germany. We live in the USA so I am not sure what we would have done to get our money back. They were very slow to respond as we had to contact them several times concerning the key return. It was just not handled properly by them.
