"Hotel Carlia provided us a comfortable stay for our one night in Uddevalla. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains conveniently shielded us from any of the light during midsummer. The room was clean, though a bit outdated in the bathroom. Plenty of space throughout. It would have been nice to have more climate control as it felt rather hot and humid in the room. "Great spot, right by the water and in the middle of nature. The hotel has a spa/gym we didn’t use and a sauna (which was amazing). Great staff. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be the breakfast as it was very simple. These are special circumstances but I expected a way better breakfast for the price we paid for the night. "
