"Leela Palace was certainly nice. However, it is an older property that needs some renovation and maintenance. Food was good but not the best on our Rajasthan tour by any means. Service was good but certainly not at the level of the other Indian 5-star properties."

"Everything was perfect at the property except the noise after hours (after 11 pm). Wedding guests were allowed to make noise to a degree where we couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. This is completely unacceptable and unfair to other guests at property. The walls are thin and we could also hear guests talking loud at midnight 4 rooms away from us. We had to let them know to keep the noise low. Didn't expect this paying top $ for the stay. I would have definitely given a 5 star rating otherwise."

"V had a good stay in Ramada Encore. This hotel is on outer periphery of d city about 5~7 kms frm d popular lakes n old city. Staff is friendly. V hd continental dinnr just once in d hotel. It ws tasty and spicy on d highr side. Complimentary brkfast is ok n like anyothr hotel of same size."

"Everyone at this location was amazing! Right from Bharat (at entrance) Sonali (at check in) Kishan, Pawan, Gaurav, Ayush and Uday (cart driver) paid attention to every detail and made us feel welcomed. Location of the hotel is spot on. Great place to stay in Udaipur if you want view of the lake and easy access to the city. Their food is great too, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. The level and quality of service from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off was unparalleled and exquisite. The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat. "The hotel was very exquisite clean and we'll maintained. The room was more than adequate with a great view of City Palace. The breakfast was great really enjoyed it and location was perfect walking distance to the best sites. Staff was friendly and helpful."
