"Great place to stay, very close to Kintetsu-Nara train station. Lots of places nearby to eat nearby. A short walk to the park. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very nice. Our only negative point, our room (201) did smell of smoke quite strongly. We believe it was above the smoking room downstairs. Overall a great stay and would recommend highly."

"This is the best Hostel to book on any budget. Since it is also a cafe the interior is upper nice and modern looking. As in the name, the interior is all made of wood and has that amazing wood smell that makes you feel so welcomed and at peace. "The place was very cute and clean. They provided free water, juice and alcohol along with some snacks. This place is setup like a dorm where there is a bathroom to share and a couple showers. The only complaint the group and I had was that there is no air conditioning in the bathrooms so it is very hot. Overall the place was very good for groups of friends."

"Located in alley to the right of the pharmacy. Myself and several guests had trouble locating it. No staff on site when I arrived, wasn’t really an issue though as they left clear instructions. "1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"

"Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in one of the private rooms, which were cosy, comfortable and clean. We loved the feel of the hostel, with pretty gardens and spaces to linger in, feeling like we'd stepped back in time. It was very quiet when we stayed with few other guests, although the restaurant filled up at dinner time (great food!). The Naramachi area nearby was fantastic to wander through and it was easy to get to the bus or just walk to some of the sights of Nara."
