"Moc milý hostitel, velmi dobrá komunikace, podrobné informace o městě a okolí, skvělé tipy na výlety. Apartmán byl čistý, prostorný, plně vybavený, fotografie odpovídají realitě. Poměr ceny a kvality ubytování je vyvážený. Co se týká lokality, jedná se o klidnou část města v blízkosti místního trhu a různých obchodů, cca 20-30 min. chůze od centra. Mám ale zcela nevyhovovala. I když nám dojíždění na pláž nevadilo (cca 15 min. autem) a počítali jsme s tím, chyběla nám vždy po příjezdu z pláže do...

"This accommodation is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous presentation, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Great water pressure in the shower! The only downside if you’re there on a weekend is the noise outside from partying students. Don’t let that deter you though—that’s what earplugs are for! I’d definitely book this again. We had both rooms with five friends traveling together."

"The apartment although three stories up was excellent. The host carried the luggage to our room while I parked the car. The room was spacious, modern and everything worked as it should. Overnight is enough to see what the township has to offer. "

"I was excited about this particular booking because it was lake-front accommodation. This was our first time not expecting no receptionist in premise. We arrived at 1730 & check-in time is 1400. My husband text, email, phoned 4-5 times each of the action. The response was 2 hr later at 1900 but the receptionist hunged up or just a bad connection. "The online checkin app didn’t work but the owner did respond quickly on WhatsApp. This property is in a historic building on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Street parking was difficult to find. We happened to be there on a Saturday and street parking is free Saturday and Sunday. The room/ kitchen is a good layout and surprisingly has a lot of storage for a small space. Appeared to be very residential and I didn’t see a lot of restaurants and shops. "

"The beds are very good, very clean and good linens and towels. There was nothing “dreamy” about this suite, the bedroom windows were one meter away from a busy street with the noise 24/7. Inconvenient the two steps up to the kitchen. Kitchen was supplied with two old unusable rusty cooking pots, the patio was unusable because a vicious annoying barking dog. "

"Had a lovely time staying here, accommodation was so peaceful with a relaxing terrace. So close to all the amenities, beach was lovely, local town very pretty with nice choice of restaurants. Bakery on the campsite nearby was very good!! Would love to come back "

"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln."

"I loved this beautiful, old, historic hotel! I'm so happy we decided to stay here.... from check in to check out it was a wonderful experience. The promenade is just off the Terrace and it is such a wonderful stroll by the water. We had a sea view and it was just stunning. "

New charming holiday home, centre of Istria

Great central location in beautifully restored property

"The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The property description should state that only the common areas are heated & cooled. While the accommodations are very good we would suggest the following to make renters stay even more comfortable: written instructions for operating kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher operation is not self-evident); wifi is weak - install boosters; bedrooms need more clothes hangers in armoires (2 per room insufficient); add clothes hooks in bedrooms particularly in bedroom with only shelves in armour; add towel hooks in bathrooms (1 small hook in each is insufficient); wooden sticks/bars to hold shutters open to prevent banging and closing with the wind. We had numerous wasps in the kitchen - their entry point should be found and closed - the property manager stated that they probably entered when we opened the kitchen door and although we were careful and watched this was not our experience. We hope these suggestions are found to help make an excellent rental even better. "
