"Nice house in a quiet place, close to everything but far enough to have a peaceful stay. The house is well decorated, it has everything you need and it was clean and well mantained. Only area of improvement was internet speed which was enough but when 4 people connected it became kind of slow. The owner replied quickly to all our questions Suances town was a pleasant discovery, a very very nice place and just a short drive from Bilbao, Santillana del mar and Comillas. Would we recommend this...

"A beautifully designed property with obviously great care being taken. Nicely located for our purposes which were a first visit to Northern Spain with plenty of sightseeing and walking. As a peaceful and rural location it didn't have bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep but it was only a short 20 minute drive to Reinosa which had supermarkets and restaurants or half an hour to the more substantial Torrelavega. The property was well equipped and in very good condition."

"We spent a week in Asturias and loved the location of the house. It's on the edge of town and you'll have an unobstructed view of the hills and mountains. Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house was comfortable and everything was as listed. Beatriz was very responsive and attentive. If I had to give a 'con' it would be that the wifi was a little weak."
