"The owner is kind, helpful, and the structure is very nice, BTW it was not clear at all why we couldn't take an hot shower in 2 days, no clear explanation, no real help for this,On the other hand the low internet signal is understandable. Arequipa is cold at night and in the early morning For 16 bucks por night hot water is a must. I was in a horrible hostel before, nearby this hotel, and we had hot shower twice"

"Overall a good property. However, it left a bitter aftertaste when we were demanded a cleaning fee of $15 for our short stay. It was unrelated to the condition of the property since we left it in very good conditions and the lady didn't even inspect it anyhow before insisting on us paying. "This is a beautiful home in an excellent part of town. The street is quiet, but is within a short walking distance of the plaza. The room was clean and had a beautiful balcony. The water was hot at all times of the day. The breakfast consisted of bread, eggs and a bit of cheese, as well as hot tea and coffee. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided a nice map of the city and gave us suggestions for tours and restaurants. "
