"We travel alot and this is the best family room we have ever stayed in! The separate area with the single child bed is amazing! You can pull the curtain across so little ones can go to sleep earlier than the adults. Great design. Car park right underneath so you can get your luggage straight upto the room. "

"24hr reception essential as I checked in late and checked out early. Very good for an overnight stop on the way to north Denmark. The Nespresso machine and large bottle of sparkling water in the room were an unexpected bonus given the price."

"Convenient location, perfect for my road trip. Was pleasantly surprised at the room, had a loft bedroom, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fairly basic but was enough."

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Not at all as advertised and super long walk way completely dark at night with zero lighting. The only positive thing I can say is they hotel agreed to let me check out after one night without penalty even though I was booked for 7. "

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "I was struggling to find a hotel close to my work but I found the Hotel Zur Post by accident. However, it was a very good find and will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone. The owner was very friendly and food was good."
