"This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. "The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. I'm glad that the host is patient enough and trusted on us on our check-in procedure. Thank you so much and really sorry for the trouble caused."

"Wheb we checked in, pool and tub weren’t cleaned. It was disgusting with mold and dirt. We tried reaching out to them to send cleaners but nobody came. We were not able to enjoy the ammenities that were supposed to be included for what we paid for."
