"We stayed for 3 nights over the holidays including Christmas. It’s a hostel so the amenities are spare but the place is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are very firm but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because we stayed for more than 2 nights we received fresh towels and water bottles every day. Check in was easy, we called ahead to let them know our check-in time in advance as they requested. "So when I arrived (quite late) there was nobody there and I had to wait half an hour for the hosts to come. The property does state check-in is until midnight, but there is no way to contact the hosts without calling them, and they don't speak English - this is a problem if you are a tourist and don't have a South Korean phone number.
