Fraco e mal cuidado
O colchão é muito mole, a roupa de cama é de baixa qualidade, não tem uma mesa ou cadeira no quarto, não há onde guardar coisas/roupas. Nenhum funcionário usou máscara durante a estadia. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O café é simples, más é bom. A piscina estava com a água verde (não usamos).

POUSADA TWIN- CUSTO BENEFICIO
Muito boa, meus filhos adoraram a piscina, as camas super confortáveis, frigobar, pra quem tem criança é melhor ainda que você pode colocar os lanches pra conservar. Os anfitriões são super receptivos,café da manhã impecável. Pena que ficamos pouco tempo, mas valeu super a pena relaxar a mente.

Muito bom!
Os funcionários são campeões em hospitalidade! A localização é ótima, o quarto era bem grande mas a cama não é muito confortável. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas não tinha muita variedade. De qualquer forma, a estadia foi ótima e super indico!

Tivemos um problema assim que chegamos onde nossa suite nao estava disponivel, o check in era as 13 hs entramos no quarto reserva as 16 hs, passamos a noite neste quarto ate outro dia, onde nos transferiram para nossa suite, foi dado um desconto ate ai tudo bem, os funcionarios sao super atenciosos, quanto ao dono sa pousada nao fala nem bom dia para os hospedes, a piscina estava com agua escura, todo dia limpam porem precisa ser trocada a agua nao tive coragem de colocar meus filhos na agua

Absurdamente horrível!
Resumo: NUNCA VÁ! Ao chegar, demora na recepção. Então nos mandaram subir dois andares de escadas, carregando as malas por nossa conta. Eu estava quase desmaiando de febre quando cheguei e ninguém deu a mínima. Estávamos em 2 casais, mas chegando ao suposto quarto só havia uma cama. Falaram para esperar arrumar o quarto ao lado, mas voltaram reclamando que havíamos explicado errado e que nosso quarto era com 4 camas no térreo! Não sabem nem ver qual quarto foi reservado?! Voltamos pelas escadas, para um quarto pior que o primeiro em conservação, nem perto das fotos enganosas que estão no site. Em poucos minutos, fomos incomodados pois não teríamos pagado a reserva! Já havíamos mostrado o comprovante na entrada, e ainda tivemos que voltar e ficar discutindo na recepção com a fatura do cartão na tela do celular, mostrando a cobrança! Depois, insistência para conseguir cobertores e copos, além da mentira descarada sobre amenidades no banheiro: nem sabonete tinha e não quiseram oferecer quando solicitamos. Piscina inutilizável, verde de musgo, e a hidro quebrada. E o café-da-manhã nem compensa mencionar, o mais fraco que já vimos na vida. Mas o pior de tudo: SEM ÁGUA QUENTE NO CHUVEIRO! Passamos a tarde e a noite questionando, e toda vez mesma a resposta, com um sorriso falso da proprietária, era: "o rapaz está consertando, em meia hora fica pronto". Nada consertado até o manhã seguinte, fomos embora sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou explicação. Fique longe deste local!

Localização muito boa, acomodação boa, quarto limpo, toalhas limpas e cheirosas, cama macia, quarto com ventilador de teto e ar condicionado, café da manhã delicioso e com muitas variedades, único ponto fraco é a falta de informação dos funcionário principalmente na recepção, não sabe muita coisa, todas as minhas perguntas não foram respondidas, falta treinamento ao funcionário da recepção, e também mais simpatia e vontade de trabalhar e receber os clientes.

Ambiente bonito, porém não havia água quente para banho no primeiro dia. Além disso, disseram não haver cobertores suficientes quando eu solicitei. Sem contar que qd cheguei, o garoto da recepção foi nada empático.

Não gostei da pousada, péssimo atendimento na recepção, ao chegar lá minha reserva, não tinha sido feita , a dona da pousada foi super grossa . Não recomendo a ninguém lá
