The large balcony promotes interaction between people between the barbecue, the dining area and the pool. Final de semana ótimo, com toda família é melhor ainda! Excelente casa, muito bem equipada, pertinho da praia, único inconveniente infelizmente, não se pode ouvir um som um pouquinho mais alto durante o dia. Respeitando o horário das 22:00 é um dever, mas ouvir um som um pouquinho mais alto durante o dia nem pensar... então para turma que gosta de falar ou ouvir um som mais alto durante o dia, vale pensar! Repito, casa e estrutura excelente, só mesmo esse inconveniente do som...

A casa é bem melhor que as fotos do anúncio, ótima e dentro de um condomínio bem bacana, pertinho da entrada da praia, que também é ótima pra família com crianças. Proprietária Nina muito atenciosa, caseiro também, sempre atendendo prontamente quando precisei. Minha família amou os dias que passamos lá, pretendemos voltar com certeza.

Estivemos em fevereiro hospedados na lagoinha, a experiencia foi incrível a casa é exatamente como nas fotos, muito conservada e equipada em todos os sentidos. Mesmo chovendo o caseiro foi todos os dias limpar a piscina e checar se precisávamos de alguma coisa. A localização tbm é muito boa, pertinho da praia e tem alguns comércios em frente ao condomínio que suprem muito bem as necessidades diárias. Enfim, pretendemos voltar com certeza.

Amamos a casa! Dona Nina é muito simpática, e sempre nos respondeu com rapidez e acerto. A casa é muito bem localizada. Muito perto da praia, e ainda com acesso a pé a um supermercado. O Caseiro Sr Oldair é muito simpático. Amamos os dias que passamos na casa. Foi um fim de semana maravilhoso.
