Talvez, em algum momento, tenha sido uma boa opção, vi depoimento de 2021, e nem assim conseguiram fazer com que a avaliação fosse razoável, não fazem a conservação do local, o quarto não foi limpo, o café da manhã, muito fraco, uma senhora foi muito atenciosa, mas, ficou muito a desejar, estão fazendo uma obra entre a entrada, copa e cozinha e faz sujeira pó, o período que ficamos lá, não trabalharam e estava muito sujo! A pousada estava úmida, nitidamente pela falta de manutenção, zelo! Sinceramente, uma decepção!!

Primeiramente a pousada não tem estacionamento como é dito no anúncio tem vagas na rua na calçada do lado de fora. Lavanderia também não tem como está no anúncio. Tem muito mas muito barulho no primeira noite no meu quarto tem uma porta tipo de serviços as 5:00 da manhã tinha um celular despertando. E a pousada está em obras as 7:00 da manhã começam quebrar, bater, usar furadeira um inferno. Para mim a obra tem que começar depois que acabar o café da manhã no mínimo todos os dias fui acordada com barulho. Eu viajo para descansar. Limpeza estava em ordem café da manhã bom.

Tivemos um probleminha com o quarto, mas, foi rapidamente resolvido trocando por outro. O pessoal em geral são bastante corteses e atenciosos. As acomodações são boas e a pousada é limpinha. Eles possuem um serviço de pizzaria à lenha, porém, nos entregaram um cardápio e após pagar percebemos que os valores estavam em desacordo.

Casa mal assombrada
Hotel muito antigo, com forte cheiro de mofo. A cama tinha um buraco no meio e era muito desconfortável. Achei a limpeza excelente, mas devido ao hotel ser velho e sem nenhuma manutenção, o hotel deixa a desejar. O café da manhã tem poucas opções. Não utilizei a piscina. No geral, parece uma casa mal assombrada.

Hotel razoavel, porém divulga vaga em seu estacionamento e mesmo assim precisei deixar meu carro na rua lateral por falta de vagas. Ao reclamar com a recepcionista fui orientado a deixar na rua pois outros hospedes haviam ocupado duas vagas, mas nao se prontificou a acionar os mesmos para correção. Para quem gosta de sossego e calmaria apos as 22 horas, o quarto familia proximo a recepcao Nao e uma boa opcao, pois funcionam uma pizzaria interna com entrada e saida de motoboys e pela proximidade da poscina existe muito barulho de hospedes e funcionarios.

Estadia excelente. Apenas um problema que foi o estacionamento, o número de vagas não atende o total de suítes. Sendo que, um dos dias, tive que deixar o carro na rua, porque todas as vagas estavam ocupadas.

Primeiro quarto com ar condicionado inundando tudo. Muito relutância para nos trocar de quarto. Depois disso a atendente da recepção ficou olhando feio e desdenhando de nós durante o restante da estadia. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ DIFERENTE DAS FOTOS. FOTO DA PISCINA NÃO MOSTRA QUE ELA TEM 2m x 4m. MINÚSCULA. Fico imaginando essa pousada cheia de hóspedes como deve ser o uso da piscina e do café da manhã DECEPCIONANTE. NÃO RECOMENDO. Ubatuba tem muitas opções pelo mesmo preço muito melhores.
