2/5 Poor
"Paid for a superior twin room for three nights. Noticed bathroom smelled like urine. Noticed mold in the bathroom ceilng. Too a shwer to go in to town and the shower water heater did not work. So we took a cold shower. Called staff and they moved us to a single twin room. The second room had water on the floor from the A/C condensate lines dripping down onto the bathroom floor. There was mold on the ceiling of that batroom too. Television satellite station did not work. Had to watch YouTube. Sink had mold underneath where pipes were leaking. Asked to get a cancelation and hotel said we could only get credit for next time.Knowing that we would never stay there again we opted to just tough it out. Oh they did not tell us that there would be a political rally right outside on the street below our patio that lasted until three in the morning.
