"The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions."

"Loved staying at Ardmore with its family friendly, as well as couples, atmosphere. The dining staff were excellent and very friendly. Arrival was done very quickly and efficiently. The food was amazing and the Honesty Bar was a perfect touch with a great little atmosphere, each room had a little fire going and made the overall ambience very cosy and nice. Great stay would love to come back oneday."

"We had an enjoyable, peaceful stay. We were upgraded free of charge to a better unit you which we were very happy about. The only thing was the dirt road to get there is quite bad - need a bakkie or 4 wheel drive. No Cellphone signal. Wifi only in reception which is not very good quality. "
