"Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....

"This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. We had an ocean-facing view on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. The room was lovely and modern and the hotel overall was quite clean. The dining room had a very large and tasty selection of food and the woman who ran it (maitre d?) was really friendly and helpful, treating everyone like family.
