A stunning woodland setting, amazing wildlife & magnificent views. No club or entertainment just pure peace & quiet but is only about a mile from Tywyn, with its sandy beaches and many facilities in town. The harbour village of Aberdyfi is just a 10 minute drive.

With lovely views towards the hills. Fully fitted with electric cooker/4 ring hob, fridge with freezer box, air-fryer, toaster & kettle. A doorway leads into the dining room with table, 4 period chairs & bamboo rocking chair. Main door leads onto the terrace which has Rattan easy chairs, a lovely place to chill out.

Lounge
Carpeted. 3-seater settee (can be used as a bed settee for 1 child), 2-seater leather settee and armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet with 24” TV, and basic SKY package. Log effect feature, electric fire. Double glazed picture windows to the front elevation enjoying superb views.
