Silver Strand is a three-storey townhouse in the popular village of Benllech in North Wales. Found on the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Môn) this modern 3-bedroomed holiday home away from home takes in all that this amazing seaside resort has to offer. Silver Strand has some fantastic amenities, such as a state-of-the-art kitchen with every appliance to hand that you could need to create a wonderful, relaxing and ultimately homely atmosphere on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen also includes a dining table, and the room is finished off, equipped with a Smart TV, CD player, and radio, as well as being able to gain access the fully enclosed outdoor patio area and garden. The garden is enclosed, and the terrace has patio furniture, table tennis equipment and a small lawn with views of the sea in Benllech. Being a three-storey home, the main living area is found on the first floor; the middle tier of the property. The lounge has comfortable seating for the whole family, a Smart TV with Sky including the Sports packages, DVD player, and a Sonos speaker. The bedrooms are spread out over the whole property. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and next door, a standalone shower room with WC facilities. On the first floor, you will find the twin bedroom, family bathroom with a bath and shower over unit, as well as the previously mentioned lounge. The set up of the living and seating area in this space is designed to take advantage of the views from the room's two Juliette balconies. Finally, the top floor which houses the master suite. This space has a king-sized bed, and a large, spacious en-suite shower room. It also has a Smart TV, wonderful storage options and also has magnificent views from the large window. In the property, guests can benefit from such ameneties as the use of a dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, entertainment systems such as Smart TVs, DVD player, and the outdoor table tennis table. In the garden as well as seating, there are sun loungers, and the whole house benefits from the use of WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is off-road parking for up to three cars. Please note, beach towels are not provided so guests will need to bring their own. Benllech is a popular village and known by many as a popular area to visit due to its exceptional beach. One of the most popular of the island's beaches with fine golden sand and clear blue waters which are exceptionally safe for bathing and paddling. The Anglesey Coast Path follows the coast along the cliff top and there are panoramic views along the coast in both directions. Ynys Môn - also referred to as the Isle of Anglesey - is an island in Wales, off the mainland's northwest coast. It's known for its beaches and ancient sites. The island is accessed by the 19th-century Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge, rebuilt in the 20th century. In the medieval town of Beaumaris, 13th-century Beaumaris Castle has concentric fortifications and a moat, and situated only 9 short miles from Benllech itself.
