Very clean
This vacation rental was very clean and nice. The host left lots of essentials so that I can manage my stay and be comfortable. The location was nice. The location was right by the beach with plenty to do. It’s definitely 5 star.

Great location
It was a great location and able to walk to a lot of places. We used the Breezy Rider and had a great experience with that. Tybee locals are very friendly and helpful. The food was really good too. Our rental was easy to get to and from. The place was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Building interior is very dated
Our unit was a bit dated but it was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. We were able to see dolphins from our balcony. The one suggestion would be brighter lighting in the bathroom. The host communicated all check in and checkout information well.

Liked staying on the south end of the island as it gave quick access to Savannah and grocery stores. The beach was great. Never crowded at all, and we were there over Memorial weekend. Our host was very kind and lovely. The laundry was a bit annoying. One had to pay for it. The machines only took quarters and did not have a change machine! Felt 100% safe there.

Nice economy condo for two. Due to north beach don’t expect large waves but truly relaxing experience - don’t forget Doc’s bar if you dig live music & great dives!

Wonderful Tybee Island Vacation
A little dated as far as appliances, cabinets, and shower stall instead of tub (kinda tough with a little one), which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but overall a great stay. The unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for the beach. The property in general is very well maintained including the pool, and the beach is spectacular! We’ll definitely return.

Great location near beach
Very clean, safe and cozy property, great location right near the beach ( we enjoyed watching dolphins there). The host was extremely quick to respond and easy to work with. Every detail was well thought off, they had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available, all kitchen appliances and utensils. The property is on the top third floor with a view of the ocean from the balcony. I definitely recommend this place!

Good location
Cozy, clean and convenient for walks on the beach and to local shops. Short drive to the town. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint would be the bed; soft, uneven and lumpy. Besides that, it was a very nice stay and would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came up for our anniversary, and it was a nice, quiet, cozy place to stay. The view from the balcony was incredible, we were able to sit on it and watch dolphins play for hours. The water on this side of the island is so much calmer than the south side, and the beach was much less crowded. The property has a paved, gated parking lot which made us feel safe leaving our vehicle. They have a large bike rack space and it extremely close to the suggested bike route Tybee has set up. We highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again.

It's ok not the best
Check in was complicated. You really cannot see the ocean until you step out to the deck. The place were really small 400 sq ft.? The inside doors too narrow. I weigh 114 and I keep bumping into the door frame. The edge of the bed is too close to both side of the wall. You have to walk sideways to get to bed. The bed was awful hard kept us both awake so we went ahead and left early. The best part was the beach. It was pristine and no crowds at all. "Over all its ok". Tybee is a best place for peace and quiet.

Summer 2023 trip
The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We couldn’t find the bedroom remote to change the channel and the check in time was listed differently than an email I received. So was unsure if check in was at 3 or 4. No big deal we just ran some errands before check in time. Overall we had a great time and will be back next year!

The room itself wasn’t the worst but wasn’t good. To start, there are no carts to use for luggage at all and there is only one elevator on the far opposite side of the building. That makes for a lot of trips up and down stairs with two little kids and luggage. The beds were painfully uncomfortable and loud so anytime you moved it echoed. The bed is more like a full size though and to get on it, you have to turn sideways to squeeze between it and the wall (the pictures are quite deceiving for size). The air works great in the living room but doesn’t really work in the bedroom so to be cool in bed, icicles need to be forming in the living room. The flooring in the open areas needs replaced rather than just covered with a rug because you can feel the laminate pieces moving under the rug when you walk on it. The shower floor is falling through. They don’t tell you that you aren’t allowed on the beach or in the pool after 9pm. And the “beach access” isn’t there until almost noon. The tide is up to the dunes until then so you can’t go play on the beach. We actually drove down somewhere else to go play on the beach instead of waiting 4 hours around the room. They charge a cleaning fee but from the looks of the dust and air vents, they need new cleaning people. I will say the positive side of this rental is them having an umbrella and cooler we could borrow was nice, it helped out a fair amount.
