The Space:
Welcome to our expansive short-term rental that offers two units, providing ample space to accommodate up to 22 guests.
Unit A: Upon entering through the vibrant fuchsia-colored door on the left side of the building, you'll step into a bright and spacious sunroom. This delightful space features two comfortable sofas and a breakfast table, perfect for relaxation and casual meals. Unwind after your travels by streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy quality time with friends in the inviting living area. The dining room, surrounded by windows, offers a tranquil ambiance where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Tybee Island. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits you, providing all the essentials to prepare delicious meals for your group.
The master bedroom, located just off the living room, offers a serene retreat. It features a small sitting area, a king bed with a TV, and an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy. As you continue down the hallway, the first door on the left leads to a kid's oasis—a playful bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, allowing everyone to have a memorable sleepover experience. The next door reveals a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed. A full bathroom off the hallway ensures convenience for all guests.
Step outside the kitchen and discover a charcoal grill and a covered patio seating area, complete with a small eating space just outside. This outdoor oasis invites you to enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax in the fresh air. The fenced-in backyard is shared with the downstairs guests, providing an opportunity to connect and create memorable experiences with fellow travelers.
Unit B: Guests will enter through the fuchsia-colored door on the right side of the building. The welcoming foyer offers the perfect spot to shake off the sand after a day at the beach. To the right, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming breakfast nook with bar stools for additional seating, as well as a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates six guests. The cozy living room features a queen sleeper sofa, built-in shelving, and a large Smart TV, perfect for unwinding and entertainment.
This house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. Both full bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway, making it easy to share.

We do have a parking pass available for our guests in addition to the one parking place. The parking pass is $300 partially refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a code to a lockbox with a parking pass. Once we have verified that the pass has been returned, we will refund $250 back of your deposit. Please let us know in advance if you would like to opt into this during your stay on Tybee.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the upstairs unit and a lockbox for the downstairs unit. There is an internal staircase that can be unlocked with a digital code for easy access to both units! The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
Our home is on Tybee Island, where Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! We recommend using car service whenever possible as parking is limited. There is one parking spot for our home. For helpful hints on parking areas, check out the Tybee Island visitors website!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
