This luxurious oceanfront cottage is an exquisite retreat just steps away from the pristine beach! This delightful property offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance for an unforgettable vacation experience with your friends and family.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by elegant hardwood floors and soothing decor that exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. This vacation home is thoughtfully stocked, with a well-appointed kitchen to satisfy your culinary needs, a beach cart for easy transportation to the shore, and beach chairs for ultimate relaxation. Moreover, a gas grill is provided for those who enjoy cooking outdoors, adding to the delightful experience of beachside living.

Upstairs, you'll find two tastefully appointed bedrooms designed to ensure your utmost relaxation. The first bedroom boasts a lavish king-size bed with a full en suite bathroom, exuding an air of indulgence. The second bedroom provides two queen beds, ideal for accommodating larger groups or families. Additionally, a cozy den on the upper level features a twin daybed, which can serve as a peaceful reading space or accommodate extra guests.

The lower level presents a haven of entertainment and convenience for the younger ones or additional couples. Classic beach vacation
Beautiful classic beach house. 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Screened porch was delightful. Loved the history of the house. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Many thanks to the family for sharing this wonderful property.

Very nice property, met our family’s needs. Close to beach and grocery store and walkable to other family members on the island. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great getaway!
The propery was perfect for our family beach trip. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking/ eating-in/grilling. The property manager and guest services were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to visiting again soon!

It was wonderful. A perfect place for our family vacation. On the beach front, and a one block walk to the only grocery store on the island. A few blocks walk to everything else. Great set up with all the space for sure! Beach stuff was really appreciated too. THANK YOU!

Ladies Weekend Retreat
Loved! Loved! Loved! Our stay could not have been better! Our group enjoyed the large dining table comfortable for 10 of us to eat and play games. The indoor porch had ample seating for all and we took advantage of the deck with beautiful ocean views all weekend! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms too! A great find and plan to return here on our next trip to Tybee! Thanks for hosting us!

Beach Front Cousins’ Week
Wonderful location for 9 girl cousins to spend a week. So convenient to walk to the beach. We shared beautiful photos of sunrises and sunsets. 4 bathrooms were great for 9 women. We loved being out on the deck and there was plenty of room inside the upstairs living room to eat, play games, make tee shirt designs, and talk. The kitchen was a little tight when more than 2 were there but we cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners together. The twin beds downstairs were comfortable. The king size bed could use a new mattress. The decor was lovely and we took pictures of some cute ideas for decorating. Overall, everyone had a fantastic week together in this house.

Morning walks on the beach followed by reading on the screened in porch were the highlight of our days. Easy parking at the house and a short walking distance to the market and a nearby coffee shop were also very nice as you have to pay to park on the street in Tybee. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of clean, fluffy bath towels for all of us.We had some minor issues upon getting to the house as we had been provided the incorrect code to get into the house and the information book had the wrong wifi password. We were able to clear these things up fairly quickly.

What a quiet relaxing weekend in a quaint cottage perfectly placed by the ocean. We certainly enjoyed the cottage, the location, the tranquility of the island, the southern hospitality, and the delicious restaurants in close proximity. Would highly recommend this cottage/company to anyone interested in an enjoyable getaway.

Wonderful common areas to master and relax: nice living room, large dining room table, large kitchen, fabulous screened/enclosed porch, and lovely deck. More downstairs too. The location was perfect - right on the beach, especially good for small children, and just a few steps from the IGA. We had 4 couples, so the 4 full baths were fantastic.

Girls' Beach Trip
The house was wonderful! We had 8 ladies that ranged in age from 52 - 79. During our stay, Hurricane Ian was threatening a second landfall near us. Kelly with the management company could not have been nicer or more helpful. She even brought bottled water to us in case we needed it - which, thankfully, we didn't. Even though the weather wasn't cooperative, the house was roomy enough for us to enjoy quiet times away from the group as well as fun meals and games around the dining table. And, the screened and glass enclosed balcony was the perfect place to watch the weather roll in. If we ever decide to make another 11-hour drive to Tybee Island, we would very much like to rent this house again.

Great Escape
What an awesome property. It was steps from the beach and a short walk to the only grocery store on the island. As a bonus, the cottage came with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a wagon to bring ecotourism/from the beach. The whole family loved our stay and we will be back next summer.
