This perfect 4 Bedroom / 4 full bath upscale beach home is located within 100 yards of Tybee's beachfront and only 2 homes back from the beachfront. You will never want to leave this Tybee beauty. Expansive porches with direct views of the beach and ample space for late day relaxation. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the open covered porches. This house offers an open living space. 2 car garage and ample parking, elevator to every floor, and very open kitchen / dining/ living areas for the best in entertaining. High end appointments throughout and very nicely furnished to sleep 8 comfortably. Excellent location with direct access to the beachfront for all the family entertainment. Walk or bike to several restaurants, shops, and Memorial park which is located directly across the street that has tennis courts, basketball courts, YMCA/gym, volleyball court, picnic area and lots of space for outdoor adventure. Also, a public library. You are just a short walk to everything that Tybee Island has to offer. Luxury meets location with this beach home!


House layout:

First floor: 2 cars garage and tile foyer area. To leave sandy shoes and beach gear before you head upstairs. We have a Ping-Pong table to keep you entertained. A grill for an outdoor cookout day. Great storage for coolers, beach bags, etc.

Second floor: In this luxurious beach home, you find hardwood floors throughout, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located on the second floor of this beautifully decorated home. Master bedroom with king bed, television. Plenty of space if you need to bring a pack and play for baby area. Master bath has jetted tub, a walk-in shower with wall, double vanity, and separate toilet room. An open walking master closet. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, television. Attached bath has tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has one queen bed and bedroom 4 also has a queen size bed and a television. There is a huge porch off the master bedroom and bedroom 2 bedroom 4 with chairs and tables. A well designed full bathroom in the hall way of the second floor. Conveniently for guests who sleep in the bedroom 3 and 4. A large walk-in shower with wall. This floor also has a big laundry room with oversized washer, dryer.

Third floor: The top floor of the home is an entertainer’s dream featuring a wide-open gourmet kitchen to the living, dining, and family areas with all wide-open slide glass door for a maximum view from the huge open porches. kitchen features convection oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. All appliances are stainless, and the kitchen has granite counter top. The kitchen is stocked with modern small appliances. It is well stocked with all the kitchen essentials; pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, etc. Other features on the top floor include a large flat screen tv, fireplace, direct elevator access, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spacious home has a large outdoor wrap around porch area with direct views of Tybee’s beautiful beachfront.

This great comfort and extravagant living home offers free WIFI, grill, outdoor shower, 2 cars garage with addition 6 parking spaces. This gorgeous home is reserved for family vacations ONLY. A Family House
This house gave us all the space we needed, with room to get away from each other if we needed to! The overhead fans in the LR and master BR were great; some fans for other BRs would be nice. The elevator is great if you have folks who need it and for groceries and heavy luggage. And the walk to the beach was just so easy.

Tybee - eh....
We had previously come to Tybee for a 4 day stay in the spring and wanted to give it a shot during the summer. The property is a quick easy walk to the beach, with the road in front of the house serving as a public access as well. There was a sideways view of the ocean, but the primary view straight in front of the house was of a condominium community and it's 50(or so) decks. This is typical of most all of the roads that are perpendicular to the ocean and are public access points. I'm going to get straight to it. I don't particularly care for Tybee Island. It's old, holds a lot of people and you have to pay for parking everywhere. There's not a lot to do either. The beach is beautiful and that was nice...but it was so busy. The house was big and it was fine....but it appeared frozen in time from the late 80s or early 90s and the decor reminded me of a mcmansion from that time..... dark and "woody"...not a lot to make you feel like you were at the beach until you stepped outside. This was all in the pictures, so that's on me. I was glad to be away from work, but we won't be back to Tybee. Like I said, it was fine, just wasn't really the vacation home I was hoping for.

I’d like to say it was a great experience however we did run into several issues while at this property. On day one we had no TV in family room due to cable box failure. Manager came quickly, box needed replacement. Dishes in cabinets were dirty so we decided to just wash them, we loaded dishwasher and found it was not working, so we hand washed all the dishes. After washing dishes, we found water all over family room floor from ice maker leaking. Dishwasher replaced the following day. Day three while doing laundry noticed water leaking from under the dryer and clothes wouldn’t dry. We contacted property manager complaint, their response was they weren’t unaware of the issues & previous renter had only good things to say, was offered dinner for our troubles but didn’t get anything. We did not have them fix the dryer because of our concern of someone walking into the house again without ringing doorbell. Twice someone entered the house and was startled by someone walking up stairs yelling hello. When complaint was made, we’re told “he knocked”. You cannot hear a knock when you’re three story’s up or in bed. We wish we had only good things to say about the property but after so many issues I cannot. Issues were address quickly and fixed, but we shouldn’t have so many at this price. Lower priced rental behind us we used for two days had zero issues. Wasn’t offered a discount, so I asked for one after dryer issue, didn’t get one. Would have been great without the problems.

Pros: easy beach access, elevator, large gathering space on top floor, favorite space - top deck large and sliver of ocean view, walkable, bikeable, great parking spaces and large garage, gas grill Cons: faces a large complex so you are looking at 50 balconies there was some noise 24/7 from these - that's the compromise for the above listed pros. The property is in need of a refresh and the main television is touch and go NOT a smart TV that you can watch a movie and log into accounts. Overall would recommend, especially to large families.

We absolutely loved staying at this location on Tybee!! The living area was very spacious. The elevator was a plus plus!!! We had a member of our group with mobility issues and it helped tremendously hauling luggage!!! The only negatives: we had a little difficulty watching movies. When we did get to our streaming service the volume was very poor and muffled. The wires were exposed making it a little unsightly. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay for our group!! We were celebrating our 60th bdays!

Nice house great location
Our 9 day stay was great. Nice area and close to the beach. Beach items and bikes were made available but we did not take advantage. The layout of the house is interesting. The first floor is the entrance/foyer. The second floor are the bedrooms and laundry and the third floor is living space. Elevator is available and in good working order. Communication with Amanda was spotty but we managed. We’d stay again for sure.

Nice spacious home that is less than 100 feet from beach access. The home is a great gathering place and perfect for large families. While we had a couple of questions, the owner was very prompt and helpful with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 7 and the size of the house was perfect! The location was great, 3 houses from the beach! We had a hiccup with the air conditioner and Amanda was quick to respond and all was fixed! The house needs some TLC and a good clean, but I would definitely come back here for a stay!

Book our trip several months in advance. Great communication with owner from that point on. Our trip was July 19th through July 26 2023. Arrived to property and cleaners were complete and we were able to check in an hour early after a several hour drive this was greatly appreciated. Upon entry to the rental everything was as described in the add when we booked. After unloading we went directly to the beach which was about 50-60 steps away from the unit lol my grandchildren counted. Beach was amazing and not very crowded for our entire trip. Condo sits on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Ample parking for my full size truck as well as my sons full size suv. The elevator came in very handy as returning from a tiring beach day or with food. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our 8 person trip. There was a slight issue with a drain in one of the bathrooms and contacted the owner and someone was sent right out, the issue was sand in the drain but they could not fix so we just used the other 2 showers and did not let that ruin our trip. Overall I would definitely book at this property again as it seemed to be on the quieter side of Tybee meaning far away enough from the pier to enjoy but close enough if you wanted to see it. If you book at this property you will not be disappointed and you and your family will build memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful location. Lots and lots of room for a large family. Beautiful house with all the amenities you could ever need in a vacation rental. The elevator helped a lot with transporting all the luggage and groceries to the upper floors. Love the layout of the entire house.

Great space for socializing
This house has a great living space with plenty of room for spreading out. The porches are great but the furniture on them isn't that comfortable for porch sitting. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating, but needs more glasses and utensils. There was only three glasses, but sleeps ten people. I actually added three more glasses so now there's 6. You cannot beat the location! Being two houses from the beach was awesome! The property manager was definitely attentive and responded quickly when we notified him the television had stopped working.

LOVED this Tybee rental - exactly as described
Would would definitely stay again. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May and had such a great time! We had some iffy weather while we were there, VERY windy and the Comcast Tv service went out twice and internet once. Amanda was super responsive and had a local person there super quick both times to reset things. As noted by others, I agree it is super spacious, plenty of parking, great location, and literally steps from the ocean. We enjoyed using the garage and the elevator for sure (one of us was in a walking boot and not having to navigate 3 floors of steps was the saving grace for her having a great time)! We love that for our next Tybee vacation, if we're able to stay here again, there is plenty of room for a rental golf cart in the garage too! Kids were looking forward to bikes, but they weren't in usable condition. However, bike rental up the street was really inexpensive! Numerous couches to sit on and some of our folks are couch sleepers and they worked great. This property was just about perfect - the only thing that would make it better would be a 5th bedroom and pool access, but both of those seem few and far between in Tybee! Thoughts for improvements: one bedroom does not have a tv which would be a nice addition for maximum flexibility. A couple of bedrooms do not have a fan, a box fan tucked or two away in a closet for use would've been fantastic.

Tybee Island Getaway
We were in Tybee Island with a group of friends that we have traveled with for over 30 years. Prior to our trip I reached out to Amanda several times & she responded immediately each time & was great to deal with. Our group had a great time. Overall we loved the house. The size & location of the house was perfect for us….great 3rd floor front porch with plenty of comfortable chairs and a beautiful view of the beach & ocean. The main kitchen, dining & living area is very large & spacious with plenty of room for our group. The only issues we had was with the kitchen not having a good supply of things that you would expect….while there was an abundant supply of coffee mugs & wine glasses there was a limited supply of “everyday” glasses & absolutely no beer glasses. There were no pot holders or hot plates. The cutlery is old & the knives are all extremely dull. While not specifically the kitchen, the grill is in need of a good cleaning & there were no grill brushes to clean the grates with after we cooked. The kitchen did have a Kurig & a French press coffee maker, but for a big group in a house this size a regular coffee maker would be a great addition. These are all “minor” issues that we experienced & are easily addressed. As I said in the beginning we had a great time & loved almost everything about the house. It would be absolutely perfect with a some attention to the “little” details that often go unnoticed or overlooked.

Great location!
We stayed from May 13-20th. The location is fantastic! We had 10 people with kids, significant others and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of towels, lots of beach stuff, lots of places to sit. Yes, as others have noted, the furniture is a little run down, but IT’S A BEACH HOUSE!! There’s a great outdoor shower, everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely (and hope to) stay there again.
