Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving
⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas

Beautiful sunset and sunrises
Short walk to the beach we enjoyed the sunshine each day along with. Viewing a dolphin pod just off shore. Got to see starfish, sand dollars, blue crabs and hermit crabs .

Sweet beach getaway
We had a great time visiting Tybee Island. The house is located so close to the beach and restaurants. Our only issue was the elevator was out so it was a few stories of walking up and down with luggage but we are young and it was good exercise! Great stay!

Location was great! We had enough parking for 2 cars plus a rented golf cart. Perfect place for families with kids. The kitchen could use a few updates but overall we had a great time. Check in and check out was easy.

This condo is in the perfect location! You can walk to the beach and the balcony off of the living room area allows you to overlook the neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze and our family of five truly enjoyed the luxury of having our own individual space. The only downfalls: Pigeons have apparently made a home on the top floor balconies and it is merely impossible to enjoy that space, elevator does not work, the pool recommended for use is not large enough to accommodate the several rentals that are assigned to it (we never had the opportunity to use it).

Amazing stay!
This rental was great for a group of 7 adults. It has a variety of bed types that allowed everyone to have their own bed and spread out. The living area was nicely laid out so we could all gather around and chat while being comfy. It was perfectly located near places to eat and visit on the south side of the island. Very quick walk to the pier and beach - we didn't move our cars for the 2 nights we were there. The rental company was incredibly quick to respond to texts and we were able to check out the pool on a cloudy day that made the beach too chilly. The pool area was very nice with well maintained bathrooms and lounge chairs. Highly recommend this rental!

Great layout for a multi generational family. Bunks for the young kids, twins for the teens, queen for the grandparents, and master upstairs was great but 2 King beds in 1 room was a little odd. Understandable if it is needed for lots of kids. Location was great, a short block walk to the beach. Cleanliness was good but it needed a good deep clean. A few issues with internet but response was very quick and a short term fix was made. Staff was very responsive. Sound carries from one condo to another and the street noise gets a little rowdy at night. Overall I would make a return trip to this condo.

Tybee Island review
We rented property because description said they had an elevator. Two of the people in our group were elderly and climbing stairs was not a good option. Property management said they would get back to us but did not receive response. Also ice maker did not work.

Needs some work
The property is a bit run down. We saw several roaches and other bugs. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom wouldn’t close, the floors were very sandy when we arrived, several broken blinds, slip covers on furniture were dirty, and we found a baby bottle in the couch with curdled milk. The unit served its purpose but we will not stay there again. Also, we had someone ride by on a golf cart taking pictures of our kids while they were out on the deck. Not sure what that was all about. On the positive side, the location is great, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds we’re comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Check in was super easy and there’s an elevator! I light of the above mentioned things, we had a great time.

The rental is in a great location-we walked to the beach each morning and night around our Savannah + Tybee tours, service on the property was easy to schedule and timely (sink was clogged), but don’t expect a lot of extras;) 1 roll of paper towels for 10 people for 4 nights with 1 dish towel is not enough. 1 exact towel for each person seems stingy and there are not enough places to hang towels (no hand towel hooks). Because we had a flood with the sink which they fixed in a super timely manner (thank you) we were gifted extra paper towels and one extra towel. We almost ran out of toilet paper (one extra roll per bathroom) but because we had 8 girl scouts and only 2 adults we had just enough. I would recommend the house-parking is good-but don’t expect frills;) Be prepared to buy extra paper products and wash your towels (no laundry soap on property).

Bachelorette party
We came to tybee for our friend’s bachelorette party. The house was perfect for all 8 of us. Perfectly spaced out and the beds were so comfy! House included everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything. Beds on lower level were not too comfortable, but upper level were good. Need to do some deep cleaning on the mold in the bathrooms. Answered our call for maintenance very quickly.
