This property was excellent for our girls trip! There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the distance to the beach was so close and convenient. We had a great trip!

Great stay
If you’re looking for a nice, quiet spot, this is it! Great location. It’s on the north end of the island. Parking provided was extremely nice to have. The beach was not crowded and beach chair rentals are available right off the access beside complex. Ten minutes to light house and fort. Short drive to restaurants downtown. Also short drive to Bull Creek for kayaking and jet ski rentals. We came with teens and they enjoyed the amenities in the complex and the short walk to the beach. Only a few shops on this end of the island, but enough to fill the touristy needs. Enjoyed our time.

Lovely accommodations; we had a wonderful visit on Tybee, Island
The property was clean and a beautiful location. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager; gaining entry to condo took us a bit - we were about to reach out when a kind sole came from elevator and had a great suggestion.

A little bit of Paradise on the beach
Spent a couple of days in this condo. The cleanliness of the place was very inviting. Steps away from the beach and the most perfect sunrise view. Very family friendly environment, we had a blast, and we will be back for sure!

70th birthday celebration
Came with friends, who varied on several days, so the washer/dryer was great for sheets & towel changes. The condo was furnished with everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy, when one of the guests mistakenly took a parking pass home. We walked to several places from the convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations. Close to the beach. Not crowded on the beach. Pool was smaller than we hoped it would be. Everyone had a good trip. We did get woke up by repair work one morning but nothing bad.

Great location, all the conveniences needed at the condo. Nice ocean/pool view. Plenty of room for our son in a wheelchair also and parking and elevator were also excellent for anyone with “mobility challenges”. Was a little confused about keys/access when we arrived (my bad; didn’t read the instructions carefully enough) but the owner picked right up to help when I called.

Highlight is the elevator opening into the living room. Not really the highlight although an unexpected treat. This was my fifth annual solo birthday retreat to T.I. Had never stayed at this complex. The 3-bedrooms were more than I needed however the balcony view of the coastline was spectacular. No complaints whatsoever. I’ll be back.

Wonderful Place right on the Beach
It was a lovely unit with a great view of the beach and only steps from the beach. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and sugar shack. Beautiful cottage with lots of room and all of the essentials. The one issue was the door to the patio needed to be repaired but we received a discount for that and the owner worked with us on it. The owner was very nice and responsive. A wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

The time of year was great except for hurricane season. We will be back!!
We loved our condo and the convince was great. The elevators I liked but they would open when other guests were on it so I sometimes didn’t feel real safe. They could have walked right into our condo.

Property is nice and clean, view was amazing. Felt very safe and secure. This is one of the best stocked properties we've ever rented. Easy to get in and out, super convenient parking. My only complaint has zero to do with the property itself. The condo on the opposite of the elevator side watched movies fairly late and extremely loud. Must have an amazing sound system. Not sure if that was just another short term guest or a resident, but it was just a mild inconvenience. We will be back for another stay here for sure.

SCAD Side Walk Arts Festival weekend
Very nice unit. Location was great. Great Beach access and the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, food prep ingredients, and all utensils pots/pans etc. We were traveling with a Sr. Citizen 80+ with mobility issues. It was great to have everything on one floor with a spectacular ocean view. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the television in double bedroom would only play one channel and the toilet heights were very low (not chair height (17+ inches seat to floor). Low toilets can be an accessibility impediment for people who have limited mobility or no use of legs. Although we asked, we never received confirmation from the host that the elevator was in working order prior to our trip. Despite these issues we would stay there again.

Girls weekend
7 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend. The unit was fine only the master suite bathroom did not have a door so when taking showers on one else could be in the room Plenty of kitchen dishes ,pots etc. However it was very confusing to enter the unit between the different codes and fob keys and the elevator opened into the room. It was not explained how to use the fob so it did not open on another . Pool was great beach was beautiful and I would stay here again

Spring getaway
Nice, large, well appointed condo with all the amenities. I would suggest a revision to the check in instructions to clarify that upon arrival, the garage is the Caroline on the right and after using the code to open the garage door and finding the parking spot, you need to take the stairs to the unit to get the fob to be able to use the elevator. We got in late at night and it took a bit to figure it out. The direct access elevator is a wonderful convenience! We loved easy walking to restaurants etc. It was a great getaway!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and we enjoyed the private elevator. The sliding doors to the patio had 3 large holes where the hardware should be. We were unable to use the patio area due to the door being stuck. The mattress in the queen room needs to be replaced. It has a large dip in the middle. Otherwise, we had a nice time with a beautiful view!

Great Location ... But
We made our first visit to Tybee Island in 2019 and have been back every year since. Each time, we stayed in different places. This stay was by far our favorite of the four. The view is amazing and the condo is comfortable and attractive. Unfortunately, we will not be back next year. A few days after returning home, I looked in to reserving it again for next year. I was disappointed that the cost to stay had increased 30%. Given the inflationary times, I had expected an increase. However, 30% is an unreasonable increase. We will be back next year but will not stay here.

The condo was very comfortable and a great place for my family to meet up for vacation. When we arrived on Thursday evening the floor was not clean. There was popcorn in the kitchen floor and sand all at the sliding glass door and entrance from the elevator. I swept and vacuumed immediately before the rest of our family arrived. It was too late to reach out and also nothing I couldn’t do myself. I just shouldn’t have had to. The rest of the week was great with no other issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo
My family and I enjoyed the Desoto condo at Tybee Island. It was larger than I expected with multiple beds for my family of 5. I loved that is was flat and had an elevator that opened directly into the interior of the condo. It is easily accessible for those will mobility issues. The views were spectacular and beach was a few steps away. One suggestion is that I wished there were a couple of small bottles of shampoo. I forgot to bring any shampoo and usually the rentals supply them. I think it was an oversight as the bathrooms had little bars of soap. Overall, it was an excellent stay with plenty of space, clean, and in a good location with magnificient views. Thank you Miki!
